In the tradition of long weekends in Perth, veteran drum and bass promoters Loaded Dice bring another massive line-up to Metro City on Sunday June 4.

At the top of the bulging Heavyweight Soundz poster is none other that Hospital Records boss London Elektricity, with MC AD in tow. From starting the famed label in 1999, Tony Colman has released six studio albums and has garnered one of the most fevered fan bases of any drum and bass figure.

Many fans were rather disappointed about the cancellation of the last Heavyweight Soundz. But probably the only good thing to come out of the volcano debacle was that due to this cancellation, the promoters were able to announce that Maldini from Bad Company, Moving Fusion and Uman will now also be featuring this giant event, which will be one of the drum and bass and dance parties of the year.

Bad Company and Moving Fusion are huge names in their own right with Moving Fusion exploded onto the scene in 1998 with the dance floor smashing monster anthem Turbulence on Ram Records which went on to receive Mixmag’s coveted Tune of the Year award while Bad Company are still one of drum and bass’s favourite mega groups.

There is a very good chance this show will sell out so get your tickets while you can!
