A new night has sprung up in Fremantle that is dedicated to Perth’s burgeoning scene of producers who are rising up and making a name for themselves. On a house and disco tip, Maybe Dancing Will Help is a monthly showcase that will present a new producer each edition, supported by the city’s finest disco DJs.

Located at the Norfolk Basement, last month’s party was headlined by Perth’s newest and brightest live dance act Tabularaza. The trio has been in contact with Sweat It Out and Bang Gang and are set to follow in local wunderkind Shazam’s large footsteps.

The next edition features producer-of-all-genres Pils, who is creating some seriously deep and funky tunes. Cheap entry and drinks are sure to lure an good crowd, so if sounds interesting, head down and check it out.
