After keeping us waiting for over three years, German veteran Timo Maas is due to return to Australia before the year is out. While dates have not yet been revealed, the man is confirmed for a club show tour.

Our last audience with Timo was on the Good Vibrations circuit 2007, where he closed the Laundry tent around the country with storming peak-time sets. As our Sydney reviewer wrote, “he weaved his way from highly atmospheric progressive house, to tech and breaks, without losing the flow of the performance”.

Maas has continued to refine his DJ sound over the years, favouring a steady build through house and techno. His versatility has seen him booked for the current season at Circo Loco in Ibiza – this very weekend, he’s hitting the famed party alongside Jamie Jones and Guido Schneider. On the production front, the man has been busy with Mutant Clan, his collaboration alongside Santos. After some promising releases, the pair is soon set to play the Bedrock Arena at London’s South West Four rave-up.

Stay tuned to inthemix for details of the Timo Maas club tour – you’ll know as soon as we do!
