If the reaction on inthemix is anything to go by, there’s a lot of love out there for Stereosonic in 2010. Headed up by Dutch deity Tiesto and stacked with heavyweights like Ricardo Villalobos, Carl Cox, Calvin Harris and Jeff Mills, it’s a festival tailor-made for dance music lovers.

Given the buzz around Stereosonic’s imminent return, inthemix has come up with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for inthemix contributors. We’re on the search for an official inthemix festival reporter to join the east coast leg of the tour. Your AAA festival pass will take you backstage at each stop, where you’ll interview artists and report on all the action from onstage and behind the scenes. Flights, hotel accommodation and transport will be taken care of, and we’ll also kit the reporter out with the extras needed to do a stellar job, including a HD Flip video camera and $500 spending money.

To be in the running for the festival reporter spot, you’ll need to be part of inthemix’s ever-growing contributor team. All of inthemix’s review and photography content is contributed by a dedicated network of dance music fans across Australia, many of whom start out with little or no experience in the music industry.
