Two potential tours that have been popping up very regularly on the wishlists of ITMers have of course been for individual electronic innovators Four Tet and Canada’s Caribou – who was just yesterday named in our Wish They Were Here guide. Well, it’s like all our Christmases are coming at once, as we’ve heard the word that both Four Tet and Caribou will be touring together in Australia next year!

The news came out an EMI media bash in Sydney last night, where reps from Four Tet’s label, Domino, were buzzed to reveal that both Kieran Hebden and Dan Snaith would be continuing their combined touring adventures into 2011, hitting the Australian summer for some truly epic shows together.

Exciting, right? That’s all the details that we’ve got at this stage but rest assured we’ll have more details on what could easily be one of the most prized tours of the summer as soon as we can.
