Due to ‘unforeseen circumstances’, UK tech-house outfit Audiofly is no longer playing at the next música party in Sydney, but there’s a silver (gold?) lining. Stepping into the headline spot to join Satoshi Tomiie and Marc Marzenit are two sought-after acts high on many tour wish-lists.
Israeli production gun Guy J is set to bring his melodic, textured house to The Forum. Championed by John Digweed’s Bedrock label, the man’s profile continues to rise thanks to his deft touch in the studio. Also making the trip for música is Matt Thomas, who will bring the King Unique live show to these parts for the very first time. Like Guy J, King Unique’s reputation has been earned through production prowess, so there’ll be plenty of prime material for the set.
música has also extended the first issue tickets release period, which will now cease on 12 September.
The música line-up for Saturday 9 October now looks like this:
Guy J
Satoshi Tomiie
King Unique (live)
Marc Marzenit (live)
Robbie Lowe
Alex Taylor
