After the huge success of the first Your Shot in July, the search is on again to find Sydney’s best unknown and undiscovered DJ talent. This is a DJ comp where no experience behind the decks is necessary – and inthemix is proud to be part of the chase this time.

A new group of Your Shot hopefuls will receive full DJ training through DJ Warehouse, with six weeks of workshops to hone their skills. They’ll then perform in front of a packed Greenwood Hotel in December. The overall winner will be fast-tracked into the DJ game with a prize package that includes a set at a major summer music festival, mixing duties on the next edition of Ministry of Sound Radio’s On The Download compilations, and so much more.

So, whether you’re a Sydney girl, guy, duo, bedroom banger or DJing virgin between the age of 18 to 35, this could be Your Shot. Registration is right here on inthemix, and closes Wednesday 27 October at 3pm.
