Former Le Tigre riot girl JD Samson has been a busy lady since that group went on hiatus, starting up a new punkish dance act MEN to get her fix for some group action and releasing singles of French label Kitsuné. But the New York native has also kept a steady schedule as a DJ with a bunch of dates scheduled in Australia over summer.

Returning to Australian clubs after a similarly timed visit last year to coincide with Sydney’s Harbour Party NYE, JD Samson will play a range of DJ sets at clubs across the country this December and January, including a hook-up with old buddy Peaches who’ll be in the country for Field Day and a range of other festivals.
