Of all the places to visit this summer, prison probably isn’t high on anyone’s list. However, Groove – The Jailbreak Edition is flipping incarceration on its head with an almighty party at the Old Adelaide Goal. The unique venue (only cleared of prisoners in 1987) will host stages in two open-air courtyards and an indoor cell block area.

Heading the line-up is none other than Laidback Luke, who last brought his anthemic sound to Adelaide in the depths of winter. He’s joined by Brazilian drum & bass don DJ Marky and his wingman Stamina, as well as bassline fiend Calvertron. The international recruits are backed by a roll-call of Adelaide’s leading club types.

Capacity is limited to 1800 pre-sales, so be quick. The after-party will happen at HQ with German electro star Malente and guests.
