With the last days of 2010 now upon us, you’ve no doubt found a bunch of lists out there proclaiming to detail the Best ____ of 2010. Why? Because everyone loves a list, right?

Well, yes, actually. People do love lists and that includes us here at inthemix. We’ve been racking our brains and sweating it out with marathon headphone sessions listening back to 2010’s chunk of big dance releases in an effort to put together a list of this year’s top releases.

There was much to consider, including the return of dance legends like The Chemical Brothers and Daft Punk, impressive debuts from acts like Miami Horror, Bag Raiders and Delphic, not to mention rinsed mixes from DJs like Andy C, John Digweed and Tensnake.
