Hands up who loves summer? inthemix does! It’s when the days are long but more importantly your nights out are even longer. To celebrate the time of year that everyone knows and loves, throughout January and February we’re taking the show on the road for our very first Sounds of Summer national club tour, proudly presented by Wild Turkey American Honey.

The tour will visit 16 cities across Australia, so it’s more than likely it’ll motor through your town at one point or another. Headlining various events along the way we have a selection of Australia’s favourite established DJs and fast rising stars, including recently crowned inthemix50 #1s The Aston Shuffle, Hook N Sling, Act Yo Age, Miami Horror, The Immigrant, Tom Piper, Wax Motif, Mind Electric and many more.

To coincide with the tour we’ll be running a competition giving you the chance to extend your summer by winning a holiday to the seriously epic Full Moon Down Under party on Magnetic Island in Far North Queensland. Flights, accommodation, VIP party tickets and even a scuba diving course. You know you want it! Keep an eye out for the comp launching in early January.

In the meantime, pencil the dates into your diary now, and come along to help us celebrate summer when the tour takes on your town in 2011!
