After kicking off the year at Armin Only Mirage in Melbourne, inthemix.tv’s next assignment was just a couple of days later. With the New Years festival madness done and dusted, it was time to head to the Gold Coast (with a whole lot of up-for-it revellers) for Summafieldayze.

Bringing together the star attractions from the Field Day and Summadayze line-ups, Summafieldayze spread to all corners of Doug Jennings Park. Mainstage headline honours fell to David Guetta and his entourage of laser-shooting robots, while on the Field stage there wasn’t a moment’s pause thanks to Erol Alkan, A-Trak and unabashed electro kings Justice.

With so much on offer, the inthemix.tv crew had a non-stop schedule to bring all the action from on-stage and amongst the party people on the ground. In between catching the scorching performances, we exchanged some chat with the likes of NERD, Tinie Tempah, The Rapture and Boys Noize. It all adds up to one of our most exciting episodes yet.
