It’s fair to say that Canberra’s favourite dance sons The Aston Shuffle have had a ridiculously huge 12 months. After taking out the #1 spot in the 2010 inthemix50 DJ poll, killing New Year’s Eve with David Guetta and Armand Van Helden at Shore Thing and taking over Friday nights on triple j, things are only going to get brighter for The Aston Shuffle as the duo release their debut LP Seventeen Past Midnight on Downright.
With the album set to drop on April 15th, the Astons will hit the road this month to get fans up to speed on the record, touring around the country right up until Seventeen Past Midnight bows in stores and on a stereo near you.
Having just wrapped up some dates on our Sounds of Summer tour, ITM couldn’t help but return the love and present the lads’ national tour, so expect to hear more about the shows and the album on inthemix soon.
You can get a taste of The Aston Shuffle’s fancy new live show in the clip below and for a first taste of Seventeen Past Midnight grab a free download of the lead single Start Again right here, right now.
