Regarded by many ITMers as the surprise hit of this summer’s Summadayze festival tour, UK rapper Tinie Tempah managed to convert a slew of new fans to his cause with his energetic and accessible raps and now he’s back in the country hopefully stealing a little thunder from the mawkish band he’s supporting, The Script.
If you’re not courageous enough to brave the sea of sentimental teens and Capri-pant sporting mid-30s office workers that The Script attracts then consider yourself lucky as a one-off Tinie Tempah sideshow has been announced at Oxford Art Factory.
The show will fall under the banner of One Take, a new initiative from Illusive designed to offer ‘never to be repeated, one-off unique pop-up parties in intimate venues’, Tinie’s show should be pretty hotly contested so grab your tix from Moshtix.mobi (they’re apparently exclusive to the mobile site, go figure) on Thursday March 24th.
