After tearing things up on the We Love Sounds and Winter Sound System circuit last year, Moscow’s secret weapon Proxy is coming back for more.

Over an industrious few years, the producer has carved out a reputation as one of the star players on Tiga’s Turbo Recordings. As part of an illustrious stable that also includes Erol Alkan, Felix Da Housecat and Ivan Smagghe, he’s kept his output buzzing and irreverent.

On this tour, it’s all about the clubs. “In clubs you can see the people, it’s more personable and that can be a massive difference,” he told us in 2010. “For me I think it’s better to play in clubs, it’s more about the audience. It’s more welcoming. Playing festivals can be lonely sometimes, because not everyone likes you!”
