The full lineup for Parklif 2011 is here

Though the festival’s return is roughly five months away now, eager fans are about to get a glimpse at what’s ahead for the 2011 Parklife festival, with ITM digging up some dirt on the first act set to play on this year’s national tour.

Little things like festival lineups don’t tend to stay quiet in the internet age and today we tuned up a pearl of a find on events website Songkick, which happens to be listing Swedish electronic innovators Little Dragon as the first act coming down for this year’s Parklife.

Admirers of the group would remember that Little Dragon were out here over summer to perform with collaboration-buddies Gorillaz while also selling out their own sideshows on the back of heavy radio play. With a new album – July’s Ritual Union – bowing soon a return-tour of Australia with Parklife would make perfect sense.

While the dates are not yet listed on Little Dragon’s official website, you can see the screen-shot proof from Songkick’s listing below – it also touts Stones Throw neo-soul dudes The Stepkids and a random jazz group called Le J Trio on one date, so take that however you will.
