Even though we’re dusting off our scarves and jackets and bracing ourselves for winter, it’s still business as usual in Australian clubs and the last weekend’s outgoing activities were particularly busy with local and international acts bringing out the bodies.

After Creamfields finished its run of the country the only remaining festival to keep punters outdoors was the Groovin The Moo regional festival tour, plowing through Maitland and Canberra for its last dates. This year’s tour looked like the best in a while with appearances from AC Slater, The Aston Shuffle, Architecture In Helsinki and even ‘90s vets House of Pain on board.

As ever, the festival yielded some tasty sideshow action from the tour’s big stars including UNKLE, Datarock and Cut Copy in their first headline dates in support of the Zonoscope LP.

While live dance fans were covered there, trance diehards had plenty to crow about with the arrival of the Aramada Nights tour featuring overseas big guns W&W and Sean Tyas. Hitting Brisbane and Sydney over the weekend, ITM was there to catch all the laser loving action.

There’s more galleries still to come in from the weekend so check out the photos section in your city to catch up on what you missed or to just relive the great weekend moments.
