Now onto it’s third year of festival fun, it’s clear that punters absolutely frickin’ love Defqon.1 Australia to the point where not only Sydney locals but hard dance fans from interstate make the trek to Sydney International Regatta Centre to join in the action.

Knowing how deep the bond between festival and fan goes 2011’s Defqon.1 event sees the Q-dance crew offering a VIP style camping experience for punters to extend their Defqon.1 adventure. And it looks the business.

Not only will your Defqon.1 VIP camping experience get you an all-inclusive stay on the Defqon.1 island including transport to the event, food, tents and camping equipment provided, but you’ll also get access to two exclusive Defqon.1 parties, kicking off on Friday September 16th with the pre-party and kicking on following the proper festival with the after-party on Saturday the 17th. Both parties feature lineups made up of festivals from around the country and the world including Zany, Toneshifterz, Brennan Heart and John and PeeWee Ferris going head to head. And there’s also something called the Defqon.1 survival backpack thrown in for good measure, hopefully with all sorts of goodies for the weekend.
