Due to land in Australia at the end of the month to play the northern-state Splendour In The Grass festival, US legend DJ Shadow had announced a run of sideshow dates to show off his brand new Shadowsphere live setup including a date at Perth’s Metro City which inthemix can now report has been cancelled.

In a press release issued by tour promoters Michael Coppel Presents the unfortunate news was broken that the Perth date had been axed due to an “unforeseen change in tour arrangements” which would impact Shadow’s schedule.

Ticket holders for the Metro City gig can obtain a full refund through the avenues listed below, while Sydney and Melbourne attendees need not worry as their schedules sideshows remain unchanged.

Saturday July 30th @ Hordern Pavilion, Sydney
Sunday July 31st @ Palace Theatre, Melbourne
Wednesday August 3rd @ Metro City, Perth CANCELLED
