If it’s techno you seek, this October heralds a tour to have you rejoicing. Thanks to the people at Novel tours (the same team behind the upcoming Hernan Cattaneo jaunt), Berlin legends Marcel Dettmann and Ben Klock are coming for our clubs. The celebrated pair will cover three cities across one heavy weekend, armed with the finest techno gear around.
Klock and Dettmann are of course synonymous with the infamous Berlin techno temple Berghain, where they’ve mastered the art of going long. In Melbourne, the DJs have at least eight hours at their disposal, so expect something special. Dettmann certainly left an indelible impression on his visit last year, while Klock hasn’t been down here since 2007. All signs point to a standout tour.
