We mightn’t have hit the halfway mark of September yet, but Chinese Laundry has already laid out its cards for next month. Following the recent visit from Nick Warren, the other half of Way Out West, Jody Wisternoff, will kick off October with his own four-hour session. It’s a fitting start to what’s going to be a heavy-duty month.

The Garden Party series is getting its drum & bass fix with scene don Goldie next weekend, but in October it’ll be the towering techno pairing of Marcel Dettmann and Ben Klock getting settled in across five hours. Now, that will be something.

There’s a strong local showing across the weekends, too, and as a final hurrah Chinese Laundry has secured the legendary Hernan Cattaneo to do his thing over a marathon set. To think, summer hasn’t even started yet.
