At last, this weekend is the big one. On Saturday 17 September, hard dance will reign at Sydney International Regatta Centre across a host of colour-coded stages, all boasting the towering production that Q-dance is renowned for. This year also sees the festival offering a VIP style camping experience for punters to extend their Defqon.1 adventure. How will they top the last two years? Not long now until we find out!

Ahead of the weekend, Q-dance has published All You Need To Know about Defqon.1. The info includes important updates on tickets, weather, opening times, camping and much more. Set times will be announced on Wednesday 14 September, so you’ll have plenty of time to plan.

In another bit of Defqon.1 news, a winner has been found in the Producers Contest. Q-dance has announced Newcastle producer G-Luv as the victor with Hardstyle Wasteland. G-Luv scores a coveted spot on the Purple Stage at Defqon.1 this weekend and his winning track will be featured on this year’s Defqon.1 Australia bonus CD. Have a listen to the winner below.
