The Space Ibiza team is set to return to Sydney on New Year’s Day 2012 with a new party concept and a line-up of renowned DJs. This time it’s happening at the Greenwood Hotel under the banner of ‘Space Ibiza presents Kehakuma’.

Kehakuma is Space Ibiza’s Thursday fixture that from all reports came into its own over the 2011 season, thanks to an on-point music policy and savvy bookings. Some of that spirit will be coming to Sydney thanks to four house and techno tastemakers: Radio Slave, Seth Troxler, Eddie Richards and Jef K. Space resident Remo and Sydney’s Garry Todd will also be going al fresco. After getting the Forum heaving in 2011, Bass Drop will be back with its own room headlined by B-Complex and Chasing Shadows.

The New Year’s Day party will be the first in a new summer series for the Space Ibiza brand, so stay tuned for more of that.
