Melbourne Madeon fans may have been disappointed when the French electro up-and-comer cancelled his appearance at the Stereosonic after party on Saturday.

Well, Madeon wants you to know that he intended no disrespect with the cancellation. In fact, he’s really sorry about it – so Stereosonic promoters have issued the following apology on his behalf.

“On behalf of Madeon, we would like to apologise to his fans for the cancellation of his Melbourne Stereosonic after party at Circus, Sat 03 Dec. We were unfortunately left with no choice (due to critical technical equipment not being supplied and in place as contracted). Madeon had an amazing debut tour for us at Stereosonic and was one of the brightest stars in all cities. He would like to thank all of his fans for coming to support him and looks forward to seeing them upon his return.”
