Bad news for Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs fans: the UK producer has announced that due to “unforseen circumstances”, his Australian tour will not go ahead.
That means no Falls Festival appearances, no Field Day and none of the planned January club dates in Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane or Busselton. Sorry, dudes!
There’s no official explanation for why TEED’s tour has been called off – though we have been reassured that his plans to hit Australia are not completely extinct, rather just postponed until later 2012.
The good news is that the Field Day line-up is still bursting with performances from the likes of Justice, Skream and Benga and Metronomy – always good to look on the bright side, right? Field Day will also be announcing two additions to the lineup within the next 48 hours.
