To celebrate our favourite time of the year, inthemix is proud to announce that we’re going to be hitting up clubs all over the country for an inthemix Summer Series of parties.

Picking up where last year’s Sounds of Summer tour left off, this brand new party series will soon be rolling up to a venue near you. We’ve recruited some of Australia’s rising dance music stars along for the ride and promise you a rollicking session on the dancefloor.

The inthemix Summer Series is headlined by Anna Lunoe, The Only and Wax Motif and kicks off at Family in Brisbane on Saturday January 21 before taking in Sydney, Adelaide, the Gold Coast and regional centres as we celebrate everything that we love to love about summer. The tour then takes in 10 dates before wrapping up at the end of February.

2011 was another whirlwind year for Anna Lunoe, touring with Big Day Out, completing a month long USA club tour and hitting Splendour in the Grass with her DJ crew Hoops. Anna also released her first original production, Love Ting with fellow inthemix Summer Series headliner Wax Motif. With releases on Southern Fried Records, Cr2 and Ministry Of Sound to highlight just a few, Wax Motif is also gearing up for a star-making year. Rounding out our inthemix Summer Series holy trinity is The Only, a local production team with a lot of practise in getting clubs heaving.
