German-based house producer Thomas Gold may not have been in the game for very long, but that hasn’t stopped him from catching the attention of big names like Swedish House Mafia, Tiesto and David Guetta.
Now, the Berliner is set to bring his show (and surrounding hype) to Australia, today announcing four national tour dates. Fresh from appearances at superclubs Pacha, Privilege and Ministry of Sound and festivals like Tomorrowland and Creamfields, Gold will be hitting Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne from early February.
Gold is best known for his collaborative track with Dirty South and Kate Elsworth, Alive, which the trio are poised to follow with a second single titled Eyes Wide Open. Gold has also become an in-demand remixer, putting his mark on work from Adele, Lady Gaga and Sander Van Doorn. The final seal of approval came last year, with the producer taking home the Breakthrough Artist accolade in the 2011 DJ Mag Awards.
More information on tickets coming soon.
