As previously announced here on ITM, Sublime NYE will be headlined by Timo Maas at Home, Sydney. Timo will be supported by the residents of Voodoo, Cargo and Beatfix. So if you’re planning to head to Home to see in 2003, you can check out Nik Fish, Jumping Jack, Pee Wee Ferris, Kate Monroe, Craig Obey, Elroy, MISC, Ritual and Q45.
Sublime is Australia’s highest profile dance brand. From humble beginnings at the old Sublime establishment on Pitt Street in Sydney’s centre, it now resides at Home Sydney. One of the worlds finest clubs situated at Cockle Bay Wharf directly over the spectacular views of Darling Harbour, Home was designed solely to enhance the clubbing experience. The outdoor terrace areas allow clubbers to attain a sense of intimacy in the ample venue, whist the spacious dance floors mean there’s always plenty of room to enjoy the soundscapes of your favourite resident DJ. And let’s not even start about the sound system!
Home Sydney Promoter Jolon Cooke said yesterday, “We’re really looking forward to presenting Timo Maas at Subbies. Whichever way you look at it it’s going to be a Maasive Sublime NYE.”
Tickets are $95 + booking fee online here at inthemix, although if you’re a Sublime member, you can pick up your ticket for only $75 from the Sublime cloakroom on Friday nights. Pre-sale tickets are also available from Central Station Records, Fish Records, Plaza Records Penrith, Mall Music Brookvale, Soundwaves Bondi, Redback Wollongong, Landspeed Canberra and homebar.
