Wiley's back, new album this week

How does he do it? Wiley, the prolific UK godfather of grime is back in the studio again, just a month after he dropped his last album 100% Publishing and earlier, the digital-only Offload Volume 1, and was rumoured to appear in Australia.

Chill Out Zone will be released this very week on July 17. Wiley says the album will be the first of what he coins ‘Riddim n Grime’ (or ‘RnG’), a blend of R&B, hip hop and grime.

So far we’ve been treated to two singles off the record: ‘If I Could’ ft. Ed Sheeran and ‘Seduction* ft. Alexa Goddard.

And he’s showing no signs of slowing. His 9th studio album, Evolve Or Be Extinct is due for a 2012 release.
