Laidback Luke blending dubstep into house

Laidback Luke has come out with a big prediction: that blending dubstep into house will be the “vibe for 2012”.

In an interview with Express & Star, the Dutch DJ declared “I know from more fellow DJs they are blending dubstep into house music now.”

Luke continued “One of the bigger things that seems to be happening now is the definite crossover of dubstep into house music. Swedish House Mafia vs Knife Party’s Antidote is a good example for this.”

Luke also told Express & Star that he’s working on a lot of new tracks for the New Year – so perhaps audiences at his forthcoming nationwide tour can expect to hear some of this new dubstep-house concoction come January and February. Could this be the new trouse?
