Having won over Australian audiences thanks to their tight live shows and acclaimed debut album ‘Bright Like Neon Love’, in 2005 Melbourne’s Cut Copy have set their sights on Europe, having toured heavily with Mylo as well as playing their own solo shows.

In addition to the positive crowd reaction at all their shows throughout the UK and parts of Europe, the trio have now also received critical acclaim following the recent release of their album to the overseas market.

DJ Magazine gave the album 5 out of 5 and made it ‘Album of the Month’, which indie publication Drowned in Sound scored it 9 out 10 and called it “one of the best albums of 2005”. Praise also came from NME (8 out 10), Zoo Magazine (5 out of 5) and the Guardian (4 out of 5).

Cut Copy return to Australia for a whirlwind visit in July, playing shows with Bloc Party in Sydney and Melbourne.
