Virtual music outfit – Gorillaz – are planning to tour worldwide using new technology that enables the band members to appear in a 3D holographic format on stage among side real-life guests. However the tour won’t take place until 2007 due to creative and financial difficulties. It is still undecided whether the tour will feature live musicians or pre-recorded material but it is confirmed that a showcase event in which the group will perform a version of ‘Feel Good Inc.’ will be held in London at the end of October.
