LCD Soundsystem give you Introns

In what was looking like a spectacular start to 2006, with LCD Soundsystem originally slated for the BDO, but that soon turned to heartbreak as they were forced to pull out due to illness. But, being the generous and eager to please man that he is, James Murphy came out and set the decks alight on a solo DJ tour.

If that wasn’t enough to calm your aching heart as you painfully wait for the next chapter in the DFA/LCD Soundsystem story, then perhaps the news that the boys have decided to drop a package of rare as hell remixes and un-released b-sides will have you doing the happy dance.

Many of the tracks have never seen the light of day, or at the very least have been released only on limited vinyl quantities or played live on UK radio. The ‘Introns’ compilation is available via download only with accompanying artwork through iTunes.
