For all you hardcore fans of the punk-funk production stylings of James Murphy and Tim Goldsworthy, take note – the duo’s label (DFA) have decided to treat you all by making all of their super slick remixes available for the first time in one neat-as package.

You can stop trying to track down rare vinyl by the likes of Le Tigre, Blues Explosion, the Chemical Brothers, Soulwax, Radio 4, Fischerspooner, Gorillaz and Metro Area, as now you’ll be able to get all those golden DFA track reworkings in the one place!

The compilation is set to drop on both CD and double vinyl, under the name ‘DFA Remixes – Chapter One’. It will feature all of the aforementioned artists, along with a new mix hot off the press that the duo have just completed for recent DFA signings Hot Chip, which is unavailable anywhere else.

Chapter Two is set to follow through later this year and will feature DFA’s more recent mixes for Goldfrapp, their epic Nine Inch Nails reworking of ‘The Hand That Feeds’ and more.
