Fresh from his tour of Australian shores in April, world renowned hip-hop identity Snoop Dogg has been arrested after a row at London’s Heathrow Airport, which left seven police officers nursing injuries.
The squabble erupted after Snoop and his entourage were denied access to British Airways’ first class lounge. Although no further details were released on the incident, there is believe to be five other men involved. Snoop’s lawyer Peter Binning has confirmed that the rapper was officially released on bail to honour touring commitments in South Africa.
Snoop and his crew haven’t officially been charged with any offence, although it is believed that they have been served with a ban from any further travel with British Airways, who were meant to fly them to their South African destination.
Snoop and his five counterparts spent the night in London police stations following the ‘violent disorder and affray’ that left seven police officers with cuts, bruises and minor injuries.
