The BT Digital Music Awards – held last Tuesday – saw a star studded lineup of musicians and celebrities flock to Camden’s Roundhouse where winners were announced amongst raucous celebrations. While Lily Allen, Thom Yorke, Lemarr and Peter Gabriel all picked up gongs for their contributions, the drum n bass community was also represented with Hospital Record’s own Tony Colman receiving the award for Best Podcast, beating out media giants like Radio One.
Coleman’s podcast have become somewhat legendary with tens of thousands of subscribers tuning in to not only hear the hottest drum n bass tunes but also the London Elektricity star’s often hilarious musings.
