If you’re an avid fan of ze harder sounds, then February the 24th 2006 might be of some significance to you. This is the date when the who’s who of hard dance music – along with 5000 screaming fans – flock to Brixton Academy to witness the results of the Hard Dance Awards 2006.
Clubbers from around the world nominate online in categories such as Best DJ and Best Remixer to Best Producer and Party Animal of the Year. Accolades are handed out. Tunes are played. Fun times are had by all. This year, two new categories have been added to the list including a Lifetime Achievement Award (which isn’t open to public voting), and Best International Event.
The award ceremony itself will feature sets by industry heavyweights such as Lisa Lashes, Tidy Boys, Ed Real, Andy Farley, BK, Anne Savage, Rob Tissera, Edison Factor, K90, Amber D, Kevin Energy, plus much more.
