Dr Rubberfunk has followed up the release of his sophomore album, ‘My Life At 33’, with the announcement of a worldwide remix competition for his next release, ‘Taking Over’.

The winning producer will see their rework featured on an official vinyl release, and as it’s open to all styles and genres of music, if you’ve got a musical bone anywhere in your body you’d be crazy not to enter.

The submissions will be judged by an all-star panel of musical experts, including the Stereo MCs, the Unabombers and Wajeed of the Platinum Pied Pipers. So, if you fancy yourself a bit of a wiz in front of the boards, be sure to head to www.akanda.co.uk or www.funkydown.com.
