It has been reported that Nick Taylor, the Australian DJ arrested on June 10 in Bali on drug charges, could face up to 10 years in jail if convicted. The Sydney Morning Herald reports that the DJ’s case has now been handed over to Balinese prosecutors by the police.
If found guilty of drug possession Taylor would face 10 years in prison, however in a bizarre set of circumstances, if he’s able to prove he’s a drug addict he may be in jail for only 3 months!
It’s claimed that, when arrested, Taylor was in possession of 0.3 of a gram of cocaine. He’s now in Kerobokan jail, the same prison which holds Schapelle Corby and the infamous Bali Nine.
