HMV has named Sound Of Silver, the second long-player by LCD Soundsystem, the UK critics’ Album of the Year in its annual ‘Polls of Polls’.
The verdict, hailed by HMV as ‘definitive’, is based on the average of various end-of-year lists published in national music magazines, newspapers, listings guides and websites.
Coming in second after Sound Of Silver is the sophomore album from MIA, Kala, and Radiohead’s In Rainbows.

havent bought it yet, i have thier debut, and thats fantastic. Just as a correction because im picky the radiohead album is in rainbows, you forgot the S... i really need to get a life..
