It’s always nice to see Aussies gaining recognition on the worldwide stage, however one might say it’s even more impressive when the praise is given to artists who just happen to be from the same city.
In the latest issue of global dance music bible Mixmag two of Brisbane’s finest emerging acts have been applauded for their production work. Proving once and for all; the Aussie dance scene isn’t just Melbourne and Sydney!
Electro-breaks duo Bitrok scored themselves ‘single of the month’ and a 5-star rating for their release Digital Rhythm, while up-and-coming trance superstar – and 2007’s inthemix50 #4 ranked DJ – Tydi gained a respectable 4 out of 5 for his track Kopi Susu.
ITM congratulates Bitrok and Tydi for smashing it up on the worldwide stage!
