M.I.A. launches clothing line

It seems that music isn’t the only string to cult Sri Lankan-born songstress M.I.A.’s bow, as she recently announced her plans to release her own range of clothing. Much has been said about her unique approach to fashion, so it’s no surprise that the line of clothes will have a similar aesthetic approach.

Think loud colours and bold patterns, which – as M.I.A. remarks herself – will make it impossible for wearers to pass by unnoticed. “With my stuff, because everything’s really bright, if you lose it or someone steals it, you can see it from miles away and you can be like, ‘Oy! Give me my shirt back!’
