Paris the Black Fu from Detroit Grand Pubahs chatted to Skrufff recently about the ghetto-tech pioneers’ new album ‘Nuttin’ Butt Funk’ and revealed he’s easily offended by critics who misunderstand his passion for big bottoms and strippers. “A guy over the internet called me derogatory recently but he didn’t say I was a pervert and that really bothered me,” Paris complained.
“You can use sex imagery to spice things up, make them humorous without becoming derogatory. And I’m not derogatory towards women because my music speaks to men and women,” he said. “There’s a pervert in everybody but not everybody is derogatory.” The new album includes tracks titled ‘Earth Hoes’, ‘Dirty ‘Ole Man’ and ‘Butt Market,’ though Paris insisted he’s equally precise about the language he uses.
“I don’t call women ‘bitches’ or any of those names; I don’t use profanity towards them. It’s a give and take thing,” he said. “All my music is about a man and a woman together, enjoying each other’s bodies or company. Though some people out there won’t get it, no matter what,” he sighed.
