Judge Jules chatted to Skrufff last week about his upcoming tenth season of Judgement Sunday parties in Ibiza, revealing he’s taking significant steps to help cash strapped clubbers. “The core of what we’re doing this year is broadly the same, but after discussion, the club have agreed to reduce drinks prices across the board by 25%,” Jules explained. “Which is very important to the UK market in particular, which has seen the pound’s value against the euro diminish considerably over the last two years. This will bring drinks prices at Judgement Sunday in line with the more expensive clubbing cities in the UK,” said Jules.
This year’s line-up includes repeat slots for Lisa Lashes and Richard Durand, plus backroom action from Kissdafunk and two high profile slots from Howard Donald. The Take That heartthrob (and widely respected house DJ) is joined by Jonty Skrufff on July 12, while the likes of Utah Saints and Dumb Blonde (aka Anne Savage) return on 14 June and 9 August (just Anne). “Keeping things going at the highest level is the biggest achievement, remaining rammed week after week and (most importantly) maintaining an electric atmosphere throughout,” Jules added, “And although this is our 10th anniversary season, complacency will never set in,” he promised.
