With her buzzed-about debut album featuring big-name collaborators like Diplo, Switch and Spank Rock, it looks like Santigold is going to try and make her second album even bigger, enlisting the talents of heavyweight producer Pharrell Williams.

Speaking to hipster bible Nylon, Santigold revealed that her and the N.E.R.D./*Neptunes* supremo have already been jamming in the studio together. “We went in the studio and he [Pharrell] was like, ‘I’ll just play the buckets’. It was like, ‘Boom, ah, buh-doom, ah!’,” Santigold explained. Such a vivid description of the action, it’s almost like we’re in the same room.
