A throng of big-name dance producers are showing their talents as budding activists. Folks like Paul Van Dyk, Laidback Luke, Kaskade, The Crystal Method and Paul Oakenfold have donated their tracks for the latest dance4life compilation.

The same people who hooked up with Tiesto for a well-loved single of the same name in 2006, dance4life aims to raise awareness about AIDS amongst young people around the world, in the hope of activating those youngsters into fighting the spread of HIV/AIDS.

Himself an official ambassador for the awareness group, Paul Van Dyk said of the new dance4life compilation, “I think that it is still very important to raise awareness amongst everyone to prevent AIDS. I’m supporting dance4life for many years now and I appreciate their work a lot. For the CD I’ve remixed a track of Nathalie, a great summer tune that gives you good vibes.”

The whole package does look really solid. And better still, proceeds from the compilation go to dance4life and its many outlets across the globe.

Check out Tiesto’s original dance4life anthem, and look out for the new compilation soon.
