Clearly, Dizzee Rascal is taking this whole dance-crossover thing seriously. Not only has the UK’s prince of grime inked big-name collaborators like Calvin Harris, Armand Van Helden and an upcoming gig with The Prodigy, but now Dizzee’s gone and lined up a gig at Ibiza’s infamous Pacha nightclub.

NME reports that following a rousing performance over the weekend at Glastonbury, the rapper revealed his plans to hit the Ibiza mega-club. He’ll be touching down on Friday September 4th to play at Pacha.

Whilst we’ve been enjoying Dizzee’s foray into dance culture, we get the feeling it won’t last too long. This time next year he’ll probably be on an industrial-bent, collaborating with Trent Reznor, wearing dog collars and booking gigs at venues with ‘Dungeon’ in their names.
