Hot damn, the boys behind Modeselektor have been busy! Not only have they been collaborating with Apparat for the glorious Moderat album – a medley of which we’re streaming this week – but they’ve also been getting their hands dirty with a tasty looking mix for the revered Body Language mix series.
Overseen by magnificent Berlin label, Get Physical, the Body Language series has featured entries from the likes of M.A.N.D.Y., Jesse Rose, Junior Boys and Matthew Dear, so we reckon the Modeselektor folks are in fine company.
Looking over the tracklist from FACT, the mix seems to be characteristically diverse, with the inclusion of tracks from club mainstays like Siriusmo, Boy 8 Bit and Alex Cortex rubbing shoulders with the likes of Missy Elliot, Busta Rhymes and even Animal Collective. Even better is the presence of a new Boys Noize joint, Easyjet!
Needless to say, we’re excited to hear the whole thing, and you should be too! Check out the tracklist below and wait for the comp’s release on September 25th.
