Tiesto & Sneaky Sound System drop their collaboration

It’s all coming up roses for our very own Sneaky Sound System. Since heading abroad to try their luck in overseas territories, the electro-poppers have scored a streak of successes including a UK number 1 with Jacques Lu Cont/Stuart Price and securing a slot on the bill for trance legend Tiesto’s enormous Victoria Park concert in London this week.

It would seem as though Tiesto has become quite smitten with his support act and tapped the group for a collaborative single called I Will Be Here that hits radio stations today.

We’ve included a clip of the joint single below so you can hear it for yourselves, but we actually kinda dig it. It’s good, euphoric fare as you’d expect from Tiesto, and he’s clearly got the creative smarts to edit Sneaky’s input, saving this track from becoming a cluttered mess like most of Sneaky’s second album turned out to be.

We’re also impressed that Tiesto somehow managed to squeeze this (sure to be huge) single into his already hectic schedule! After decimating his Victoria Park concert this week, the Dutch superstar will head back into the studio to wrap up his next artist album before embarking on a massive world tour, which of course will include a stop over in Australia as we revealed back in June.

If you’re can’t wait until Tiesto’s arrival early next year, check out the best photos from his last Australian tour, Elements Of Life!

I can't quite place it, but that chorus melody with those effects really reminds me of another tune from a while back. not a Sneaky song - something else. Damnit - need closure. Where ahve I heard this before?
