Hip-hop’s man of the moment Dizzee Rascal is no stranger to collaborations. Having already teamed up with heavyweight producers like Calvin Harris and the mighty Armand Van Helden for some big tracks on his forthcoming Tongue n Cheek LP you’d think that the UK rapper would’ve had his collaboration quota met by now. But that’s not the case, with the rapper now revealing he’s secured the production gifts of the one and only Tiesto!

Although rumour of the Dizzee/Tiesto pairing began to creep out onto the internets recently, it’s since been confirmed by Dizzee Rascal himself, telling Drowned In Sound that he and Tiesto had collaborated on Tongue n Cheek’s final track, Bad Behaviour.

“[It’s] probably one where I’ve gone the hardest lyrically for a while. Not hard as in fuckin’ Mobb Deep hard, but I’m attacking the beat,” the feisty MC said in classic Dizzee style. “It’s proper up-tempo, bubbly, reminiscent of Boy In Da Corner. It’s a really big tune.”

Of course we already know that Tiesto is on a collaborative bent of late, what with his forthcoming Kaleidoscope LP featuring the vocal contributions of a swag of indie rock all-stars as well as Nelly Furtado and Sneaky Sound System, so it makes sense that the trance superstar would hook up with Dizzee.

Check out the full tracklisting for Dizzee Rascal’s Tongue n Cheek below and stay tuned to ITM for some more big news on both those artists very soon.

Dance Wiv Me was always going to be on this album, kingrino1. I remember when it was released it was "the single from the upcoming album". It's just the album is like 11 months late! Crazy.

TIESTO IS HEAVEN SENT, Dizzi, sneaky, all the above should consider themselves blessed to have the lord of trance give his time to them. I guess it shows how open minded he really is. and people can say what they like, TIESTO IS SIMPLY MAGIC, THERE WILL N

Tiesto built his massive fanbase on nothing but trance. He had a distinct style for 10 years, now all of a sudden, starts pumping out top40 chart rubbish. As if you wouldn't be annoyed if your favourite artist completely changed their style from one album

Spicy great pick up on the photoshop... that picture of him (by himself) has been used everywhere. Taking a closer look... as if Tiesto would literally let Dizzee sit on his decks!!! ITM could definitely have found a better picture to photoshop!

whatever. don't understand how you can honestly be pissed off at your favorite artist (weather dizz or tiesto) for doing something different. Sure its annoying, a disappointment, but come on, you don't own them. as far as i know, NO artist no matter what

Mr Money - you've definitely got a good point there. All artists no matter what genre will venture out from time to time. Rock and heavy metal artists always tend to do some softer stuff in their careers as do hip hop and RnB artists who often go for the
